Want the WhizTots messy play magic at your child’s birthday, without the hassle of running it yourself? We drop off, set up and collect. You and your guests enjoy the fun!
We deliver and set up your chosen trays 1 hour before your party, leave you to it for 2 hours of sensory play fun, then return to collect and clean up after.
Travel fee of €20 applies for locations outside of Meath or Cavan.
how payment works:
Full payment is taken at the time of booking. This includes a refundable security deposit (€20 Small/ €30 Medium/ €40 Large.) which is returned to you within 48 hours of collection as long as all trays and props come back undamaged. If anything is missing or damaged, the deposit is retained to cover the cost.
Allergies:
Many of our activities use food-based ingredients such as flour, rice, pasta and cornflour to create taste-safe play experiences.
While we take every care, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Small - €100 ( 2 small trays, up to 8 children) €20 of this is a deposit required at payment and returned within 48 hours.
Medium - €160 ( 4 small trays, up to 12-16 children) €30 of this is a deposit required at payment and returned within 48 hours.
Large - €210 ( 1 large tray + 5 small trays 20+ children, Hall booking only ) €40 of this is a deposit required at payment and returned within 48 hours.

FAQ Section
Do i need to book a venue?
For a small party, your home is usually fine depending on space, Medium or large parties require a hall or similarly sized venue, which you’ll need to book yourself.
What age is Messy play for?
Messy play is designed specifically for aged 6 months and up.
Do you stay for the party?
No. We drop off and set up everything about 1 hour before your party/ event then leave you and your guests to enjoy the fun. We return after the 2 hour session to collect and clean up.
what’s included in the price?
All trays, activites, and props for your chosen theme. Cake, decorations and food are not included. This is all about messy play fun!
How far in advance should i book?
The earlier the better, especially for weekends. We recommend at least 2-3 weeks ahead where possible.
how does the for parties payment work?
Full payment is due at the time of booking. A portion (€20/€30/€40 depending on tier) is refunded back to you after collection,as long as everything is returned undamaged.
What if i need to cancel?
Please let us know as soon as possible. Deposits are non refundable if cancelled 48 hours before party.
do you clean up afterwards?
We do an on the spot tidy when we collect everything. Please make sure the space is reasonably clear for collection.
For hire sessions, full cleanup is handled on site as part of the session.
what’s the difference between a party and a hire session?
Parties are drop off style for private celebrations. We set up and collect, you and your guest supervise the play. Hire sessions are for groups, playgroups, or venues where I stay and facilitate the whole session myself.
